Y a-t-il eu un \u00e9l\u00e9ment d\u00e9clencheur \u00e0 la conception de votre innovation ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-David Delprat :<\/strong> Cela a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, avec l\u2019impression de g\u00e2chis d\u2019avoir fait un \u00e9ni\u00e8me <em>bridge<\/em> mutilant \u00e0 une jeune femme qui allait se marier, en sacrifiant deux dents saines pour en faire des piliers supportant le  bridge<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dentaire365.fr\/articles\/clinique\/le-cantilever-pediatrique\/?backSearch=true\" target=\"_blank\">.<\/a> J\u2019ai dessin\u00e9 une premi\u00e8re pi\u00e8ce, puis les autres comme un puzzle qui prend forme. Une premi\u00e8re maquette de cette proth\u00e8se dentaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e manuellement pour v\u00e9rifier la faisabilit\u00e9 ; le projet 3D Gateway \u00e9tait lanc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vous qualifiez votre proth\u00e8se dentaire d\u2019innovation de rupture. Quels sont les moyens techniques qui ont permis cette \u00ab&nbsp;rupture&nbsp;\u00bb ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-David Delprat :<\/strong> Le dessin technique original a \u00e9t\u00e9 num\u00e9ris\u00e9 sur ordinateur, puis d\u00e9clin\u00e9 en une biblioth\u00e8que de pi\u00e8ces 3D adapt\u00e9es aux logiciels de CFAO dentaire. Un processus de fabrication in\u00e9dit a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, int\u00e9grant le fraisage par usineuses, puis la production des pi\u00e8ces <em>via<\/em> l\u2019impression 3D. L\u2019innovation autour de ce <em>workflow<\/em> num\u00e9rique rapproche le praticien du laboratoire, d\u00e8s la prise d\u2019empreintes par scanner et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la collaboration \u00e0 distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avez-vous consult\u00e9 des chirurgiens-dentistes pour mettre au point votre proth\u00e8se ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-David Delprat :<\/strong> Oui, c\u2019\u00e9tait pour moi incontournable et absolument n\u00e9cessaire. Sans eux, la 3D Gateway serait rest\u00e9e un simple objet technique. Nous avons test\u00e9 plusieurs mat\u00e9riaux biocompatibles, plusieurs adh\u00e9sifs, et con\u00e7u avec des chirurgiens-dentistes la notice de pose. Pr\u00e9sent pendant plusieurs mois lors des s\u00e9ances au fauteuil, j\u2019ai pris en compte leurs observations, comme le choix du type de fraises pour une pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9cise et efficace. Ils n\u2019ont pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9 \u00e0 me confier des cas difficiles, m\u2019obligeant \u00e0 progresser. Le syst\u00e8me a pu s\u2019\u00e9tendre en englobant couronnes et <em>inlays<\/em>. Ils \u00e9taient demandeurs, et partants pour l\u2019essayer. Le <em>workflow<\/em> de la 3D Gateway est \u00e9prouv\u00e9 depuis trois ans, mais nous l\u2019am\u00e9liorons toujours, avec les praticiens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les int\u00e9r\u00eats de votre innovation proth\u00e9tique ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-David Delprat :<\/strong> Cette proth\u00e8se dentaire est rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, simple \u00e0 poser, peu invasive et tr\u00e8s stable une fois en place. Elle exige une production de pi\u00e8ces tr\u00e8s fines et des configurations pr\u00e9cises \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du <em>workflow<\/em> num\u00e9rique, sur chaque logiciel et sur chaque p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique. Cette innovation est avant tout un projet humain, n\u00e9 de la rencontre de trois m\u00e9tiers, chirurgien-dentiste, proth\u00e9siste et informaticien qui doivent bien se comprendre pour progresser ensemble, gagner en temps et en qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles \u00e9tapes administratives avez-vous d\u00fb franchir avant la mise sur le march\u00e9 de votre solution ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jean-David Delprat :<\/strong> Accompagn\u00e9 et soutenu par ma chambre des m\u00e9tiers pendant un an, j\u2019ai suivi un parcours administratif complet, incluant le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019un brevet fran\u00e7ais, puis d\u2019un brevet europ\u00e9en, le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la marque 3D Gateway, tout en respectant les proc\u00e9dures de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des proth\u00e8ses r\u00e9alis\u00e9es.
